I ordered Levolor 54" aluminum blinds through Home Depot February 2010. The arrived dented. The problem was obvious to me, that the headrail was heavy and there was no packing material to protect the first few slats. It pushed against the cording, which left impressions ie, dents down the slats. There was no packing to protect the slats from denting by the hook where the wand gets attached. To date, there have been (four) re-makes on my order and the results have been the same - damaged. I even contacted their Customer Service Department... read full review »
