I purchased a bookshelf wall unit last May and have spent 8 months trying to get "due" compensation. The unit was damaged with several holes and scratches and had a broken wheel that allowed the unit to fall over damaging art pieces, leather sofa and my for-head. I have never seen a company that has this type of "don't care" attitude about their products, as well as making sure that their customers are taken care of. read full review »
