I placed an order through their onlyfascinate website on Jan. 7. Luckily I remembered to print off the confirmation page and I paid through Paypal because I never did receive a confirmation from them directly. After not hearing anything for a few days, and finding all sorts of information about them online in the meantime, I sent them an email on the 13th asking for the status of my order.
