Summerwinds sales people have a bad habit of telling the clients things that are untrue. Such as buying their timeshares for an investment, this is illegal. They also promise to buy back your timeshare, they won't. And during the "close" they will drop the price telling you they got this one back because someone upgraded, lie. When you upgrade they just add points onto your ownership, they do not take back points or weeks and sell them to you for what was owed on them. Had been an owner with Silverleaf since 2007, our fees kept going up and availablity went down, then we were stupid enough to go to an owners update, and was tricked into buying a larger package, they kept coming at us and it made sense until we got home, we tried to cancel and they wouldn't let us out of it. Had Aarvark Air clean my airducts in our home, they totally scammed me, two weeks after the 800 dollar job we had to have furnace work done and the duct work was filty, they didn't clean anything. We had a man out and he ran a camera down all the vents and they were all dirty, these guys stole my money. We recorded the dirty vents and we will be sueing Aardvark asses off. FGV was called Travel More Now until Feb 2008, before that it was Travel Source Network and before that Players Club. Owned by James J Kilroy, who no doubt is one of the biggest scammers in Branson. The Travel Club gives you nothing, their discounts are a lie, and after the three day cancellation period is gone they will threaten you with physical violence if you show up to complain. I was scammed into buying a travel club because Mr Paul Lox of Vacation Change assured me over the phone that my timeshare would sell with 90 days, he told me a reasonable price it would sell at. Well guess what, nada. Lox has apparently never sold a timeshare for anyone, he get 99 dollars for everyone of us idiots that buy into the travel club and lists our timeshares with him.
