The customer service representative who is also the manager, refuse to do business with me. Apparently he doesn't like to answer questions regarding the product he is selling. As a consumer you want find out the best deal, questions about the product. The internet enable the consumer to shop the best deal and if another company have the same product but sold at different price, you would want to understand why the price is different.
