First Xionix LLC put malware on my computer and it wouldn't go away until I downloaded it at a price. Of course I had to "Agree" to the terms. Apparently one of terms was to have account debited every year for a renewal license. They do not notify me prior to the transaction and they use the company name. Of course the company name is not one readily rcognized and so far I have not been able to fins any contact information-- no website, no phone number, no address.
