Dear friends, Each and every company has its own policies.I worked there for 16 months and i know there is no partiality between the people regarding their language.As you all know more than 50000 families are depending on this company, they cannot change the policies for each and some times they cannot satisfy all.those who are blaming the company may please leave the company and get another job.
