I have been charged for antivirus that I have not received. It was suppose to be free but said it would cost me $12.95 a year for three years and I agreed to this and then it said I would be billed $70.80 on my credit card but didn't give me an option to decline. I received my credit card statement today with this charge on it. i want a refund for this amount and I will purchase an antivirus locally and install it myself. read full review »
