This foreign agency is placing contractors for CAP Gemini. They state they work out of NJ. Additionally, please beware - They will not tell you it takes a full month to get your first paycheck. Also, I normally make 65.00/hr and this foreign company quotes 35.00/hr on contract. I will take the job because I need the money right now.
