I was a tourist visiting Seattle in July 2010. On July 7 I parked at 75 Lenora St. I was unfamiliar with the machine dispensing paid parking receipts. Noticing this, a local gal stepped up, offered help, and instructed us to stick it on the window ( I was backed in as per City instructions). I paid for 2+ hours but returned after just 45 minutes.
