I requested service cancellation on May 2010 through their tech connect ticket service. 3 days latter I received a reply saying: "The request in this ticket has been completed." After this response i assumed my account had being closed. On October 2010 I noticed that my credit card was still being charged for their monthly fee of $89.99. Since then I've being trying to get my money back for all of those months I was incorrectly charged without any success.
