We have been struggling to pay our mortgage for some time. In short Wellsfargo has reviewed our situation over and over for a solution. They finnaly modifed our loan. However we later found out that we were not approved for a HAMP modification. This means that any fees or moneys owed had to be repayed rather then being put on the balance. The lender can not allow us a repayment plan according to their guidlines. We do not have $28, 000 dollars to give them. That is the amount they are asking for.
