Left a message with my child that's under 18 that if I don't make a payment they are going to come and take the T.V.I don't mind them saying that to me or on my answering service but you don't tell someone's child that.What if the parent has not shared that information with the child.I think this is extremely unprofessional and there should be some sort of guidelines they have to follow when contacting the customers.(This was a face to face contact)so they knew that he was under 18. read full review »
