I had the worst experience ever with www.thebluedot.net. First the refurbished phone they sent me was defective. When I sent it back, their returns department lost it and their customer service representative was argumentative and unhelpful. Once I finally tracked down the delivery, I had to go to their company president to get my money refunded. After several e-mails and 45 days they finally refunded my my money.
