So, I ordered my new phone yesterday and it takes 2-4 days to receive. In the meantime, I called Verizon to explain about discontinuing my service with them and customer service said that once TMobile contacted them and asked to transfer the number, they would shut it off. Apparently, the new phone...which is in the mail...is activated and now I have no phone. So...thanks Verizon for helping me out, the single mother of two children, one which is autistic by leaving me stranded with no phone... And thank you, kind customer service rep that told me "no" she can't activate it again. read full review »
