I have a small insurance agency for 14 years and I was diaginosied with cancer in 2009. On 10-16-2009 I applied for a loan mod and the bank kept asking for the same info but to be presented in diff ways. Ex. verify income and I sub info but they want it from my accountant so I have accountant do it and they they want it notirized.
