I went on the phone cause i had a hole in my couch and needed it fixed i paid for the protection plan and they made me wait more than anhour to tlk to them and they were very rude about it i dont and will not ever tell anybody to shop at the store in nanuet new york!!! the worst service i ever had. these people gave me such a hard time just to tlk i dont think any company should be giving any of there customers a hard time these people werent even helpful or anything and i paid alot of money for my purchase the least they couild of done was be nice to me. read full review »
