Room place failed @ satisfying me as a long time consumer, then forcing you to continue to purchase items with them after you were already not satisfied. There was an incident my son had which forced me to use my warranty on the furniture. Which I now have been waiting since Nov 2010, to be made whole on something I have paid for. Then on top of this you have to use their gift card to purchase more items on seperate transaction, When you should be allow to use this giftcard the way you want to spend it, even if it's to pay down... read full review »
