Direct deposits did not occur as scheduled. The excuse without an apology that they are offering is that they are having technical issues. There is no estimated time as to when the problem will get resolved or moreover, what the real problem is. Through more than 20 years of banking, this is a first. All I can say is, "UNACCEPTABLE." My city is fortunate to be blessed with a wonderful weekend of 60 degree temperatures in the middle of winter, after weeks of freezing cold, but Wal-Mart screws it up with a no-show of direct deposit...so... read full review »
