This semester was my first time doing business with this company and it will definitely be my last. I ordered and received 2 of the 3 books according to the company's delivery timeframe. The semester started and after three calls to customer service, the c/s rep stated she would order the book that day (Wednesday) for delivery on Friday. The book never showed up and I was forced to buy the textbook new from my University bookstore for approx. $180 (versus the rental rate of $50).
