This company is fraudulent. I paid in full for web design services, since that time, no returned phone calls or emails. I call them every day just to get the run around. Did get some small progress with 1 returned phone call after 3 months of harassing them. For all of you who are struggling with them like I am, I think it helped that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then after the complaint was processed I forwarded the email confirmation to HIT Web design. ...hope this helps any of you out there who are going through the same thing as I am. read full review »
