My 85-year-old mother, a regular Blair customer, received a mailing from Blair telling her that, because she is such a good customer, they wanted to send her a free gift. All she had to do was tell them her ring size, which she did. What she didn't realize was that she was enrolled in a junk jewelry subscription service that she has been unable to terminate.
