I had discontinued my services with this company due to poor quality, speed, crashes, etc. Removed my automatic debit information and authorization, only for this company to go in 2 months later and debit my checking account, subsequently overdrafting it! For a new month and a month in which no service was on! Not only did they confirm they could see service had not been used, but offered to extend a free month service to try them again.
