Personalized car magnet was ordered and paid for in CASH in FULL. Item was to be received the following week. Item has NEVER been received. I have made numerous calls to Runae Badciong but she either does not answer or when I did get her on the phone she promised to have the item "in a few days" but still has not delivered!
