Placed order for 25 piece knife set in October. Waited until December 19th, After being assured over and over again that they were on their way. The first package was delivered to the wrong address, and Ronco assured me that they would send another package. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. After canceling the order, they keep telling me my refund is on the way 5-7 days. Its been almost a month, no refund. All they do is give me the run around.
