I regret to say I have been sending this complaint to Westhost, so far, 3 times, from 26/11/2010, 11/1/2011, and 21/01/2011. I have started with the live chat option to technical support and followed it up with a support ticket. I have not recieved any response and regrettably I have to take this complaint out HOPEFULLY FOR PUBLIC SCRUTINY because is serious, and I cant sit on it.
