The FA and SA offices at Kaplan University are a joke! My main complaint is their documentation management and their lackadaisical attitudes when dealing with students. I swear the majority of the folks that work in these departments are stoners just from the way they talk and carry themselves. I have really enjoyed the academic part of my college experience at KU, but this has marred my impression of KU in a big way. I know most schools suck when it comes to FA but this experience takes the perpetual cake! read full review »
