I called the "Geek Squad" at that store and spoke with "Bill". I informed him that the disk drive tray on my desktop computer is stuck in the open position. He asked if I had tried engaging the auto eject using a paperclip, and when that was unsuccessful, he indicated that I should bring the computer in so he could look at it. I asked if I needed to bring my power cord and "Bill" asked me what model computer it is, and upon hearing my answer, informed me that he had the necessary power cord.
