I was not happy with my Norton Anti Virus protection on my computer and ask for it not to be renewed on my bank account at BB&T. Norton renewed the account anyway on 2/05/09. I have informed them about this matter and they said it would be put back into my account and as of today 2/25/09 it has not. The amount was $49.99. Would you please take care of this matter?
