I agree with the first complainant. I bought over 10 years ago myself and was sold the same bill of goods. Even when you call the maximum 9 months in advance time frame, you can't get one single night. Then you get all kinds of excuses like, "International travelers are booking long in advance". I don't care who is booking what. The bottom line is that I was told one thing, and got another- or rather, nothing in return.
