This company is absolutely scam artists and operating illegally when it comes to their interest rates. I could have sworn that I applied for a card with 7.99% FIXED rate. Well since getting the card in June 2007 our interest rate has slowly creeped up to 35.14% (It was as high as 39% in dec 08) and we have NEVER paid late. We have always paid on time and actually have paid more than our amount due.
