We booked our weeding package with Lauren Joy Photography more than 1 year in advance. We had two meeting were we specified we wanted full colour and spot colour ONLY. We then received an email (after the wedding) stating our photos and package will be ready in 6-12 weeks. 15 weeks later we received a disc with some of our photos, when our package said ALL photos. Our photos are in colour, black & white and strange 'effects' that we did not want or ask for. These 'effects' can NOT be printed b/c the turn out grainy... read full review »
