Today I left my insurance card with my prescription to be filled at Walgreens. I never received my insurance card back. Not a big deal, EXCEPT it had my full name and my date of birth on it!!! Then when I asked them about it they tried to tell me that they never received it. Are you kidding me??? And the best they could do is say that they could not find it.
