On my way from Houston to Austin. Ordered 2 meals and 2 fish burgers. There were only 2 cars in front that had just placed their order. About to call and speak to the manager inside, 2we sat for 17 minutes before the first car got their food. The truck ahead finally got to move up but waited another 4 minutes to get his small bag. I move up now, excited that it's my turn yet thinking we could have gone inside to use the bathroom, ordered our food, and been on the road by now.
