I purchased a serta bed from h and home, the bed now seems to concave in the middle. I contacted House and Home (Canal Walk) and they arranged for Serta to contact me. They Phoned and said that an inspector would come and check the bed on Fri at 11:00. I then arranged to have time off from work and be available.
