I received a charge of $49.98 debited from my bank account on 11/19/10 from Dynamic Online Solutions. I don't even know who this is. They even created a check. I have been waiting every since for a refund. Each time I call I am told that I will receive a manual refund withind 5-10 business days because I no longer have the bank account that they took this out of .
