This company USBI apparently a Phillipine company which changes your long distance provider without your knowledge. Whatever federal company is in charge of telephone scam needs to rip this company a NEW ONE. The reason they are doing so well in the stock market is because they SCAM people through changing their provider WIYHOUT your knowledge.
