1/31/11 I purchased an used cell from Crayton Electronics that was defective. I tried contacting the company by email but they never answered. I tried calling a phone # that I found on their site, but it was either busy or they would say that it was out of service. I browsed on the internet to find out that there are lots of complaints about this company. As soon as I received the cell I emailed them and send the phone back. I haven't heard from them at all.
