I ordered a custom rug from CA. I got a telephone call on 1/18/11 to schedule the delivery of the rug. It was scheduled to be delivered via UPS Freight on 1/21/11 between 12-5 PM. HOWEVER, because the rug weighs 99 lbs, UPS demanded that someone help the driver carry the rug from the truck to the FRONT of our home. My husband took the day off on Friday, 1/21/11 for that specific reason.
