I had my car repossesed on a Wednesday. I called the dept. and they said I could not get any information for 48 hours but I called the next day anyway, spoke to George in the reinstatement dept. He said I would receive a letter stating the dollar amount or pay the amount he quotes me now. I told him I would pay now and his comment was you cant pay it so your car is already gone to auction including my personal items in it and why am I wasting his time.
