FedEx is a miserable excuse of a company. They should go ahead and sell to UPS and maybe they can show them how delivery is properly done. I am on a med that has to be taken exactly as prescribed, missed doses can make me very ill, so of course FedEx found some way to mess it up. Their customer service dept. is a joke, they are a rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful bunch of people.
