My cell phone does not get coverage and they kept telling me it would be better within a "few weeks". This led to a year of charges and still no strong cell coverage here in Virginia. I even bought an iphone like a big dummy! I know that I am stupid to keep paying but when I called to cancel the contract months passed and I am still being billed and debited by them. They are a terrible company to deal with on the phone. I recommend going to the local store and cancelling your contact immediately. read full review »
