I received a poor quality laptop charger and returned it for a refund. Was told by Pronto that they would credit purchase price plush S&H cost to return. Never received a refund despite several calls and email communications. (Unfortunately, I didn't research them until AFTER my problem!) Filed a complaint with Texas Attn. General's office as advised by many, tried to get my bank involved, but I actually 'authorized' payment so it wasn't fraudulent, per se. But, I had paid with my debit card through PayPal.
