My house has been in foreclosure for 2 years now and I just want it to be done already, bank of america keeps sending me papers saying it is going to auction, but it never does, I moved out 8 months ago, and am being sued by the HOA for not paying dues and all kinds of other things, not to mention the 2 years of late payments that go on my credit.
