I was called on the phone saying my package expired and i extended it for another 2 years. I have never had a problem with this company and nor do i work with any other company then them. The rooms are wonderful and clean. These people that are complaining problely don't have any other thing to do Every company has many problems so to the people that don't have nothing to do then go to H---.
