Used several yoshi blades with great success for 6 months. Just used a brand new one to slice a piece of cheese. The blade cracked in half. I called company. They do nothing after 60 days. Beware of the claim that they last for ever. They do not. The sharpness lasts several months depending on how much you use it. As I learned if it cracks in half, too bad after 60 days. It's great to cut everything from meat to tough vegtables such as winter squash. But then when something goes wrong, no one is there to replace it. read full review »
