I purchased a Serta mattress from Hom Furniture in Fargo, ND 4 years ago and I too had a mattress that began to develop a divot in two places on the mattress, one so bad that sleeping on it causes my spine to become misaligned and create back pain. I have had difficulty getting some sort of satisfaction as to the Mattress and the technician they sent out basically stated that it was not in pristine condition so it won't be warranteed.
