I have used ThinkCash a few times in the past. This year I am trying to buy a house. They have refused to provide a letter to the mortgage company stating the loan is paid off. When I ask to speak to the supervisor who is in charge of my complaint, they will not transfer me, saying "she" has the information and will contact me when it is completed. I was supposed to close tomorrow. Not happening now. They are completely worried about getting their money on time, but when I need just a little clarification from them, they are totally unavailable. read full review »
