Paid for 1 free trial to use their service, but what they don't specify on the website is that there is an addition 58 dollar fee monthly. I talked to someone at their customer service rep and requested a refund and they refused because it said that there was a 7-day trial period indicated in the offer. Didn't receive a call. However, I too was hit with a charge of $58+. Called and canceled. If you have not called the number to cancel, expect the fees to be deducted from your account again in the future (monthly).
