TOTAL SCAM! they sold me an insurance plan for my furniture at $250. When I needed to use it, it took them 5 WEEKS to send someone to clean it. They did a half-a$$ed job and refused to someone out again. of course it wouldn't come out- it had 5 weeks for the stain to set in. DO NOT use this service!!! read full review »
